Active X or JavaScript will not load.

This is usually an easy fix. If this is a site that you frequently visit and you know that it is a safe site I would recommend adding the url to your trusted sites. To do this goto Tools then internet options. From there you should see a tab that says security. Then click on Trusted Sites then on the button that says sites. Here you can add all the urls that you want accept activex and other controls automatically. Beware if the site does not begin with HTTPS then you need to make sure the check box is empty.
